This is our largest trailer-mounted system, built on an extra heavy-duty frame and designed for serious production. At the heart of this machine is a 500-gallon stainless steel split tank with a 2/3 and 1/3 mixing chamber, allowing two independent material flows for full dual-stream operation.
It’s equipped with two hydraulic piston pumps—a 2” and a 3” stem—that can run simultaneously at variable speeds. Operators can toggle each pump independently using air-over-hydraulic controls. Whether you're spraying dual texture types or powering high-volume output from both lines, this rig handles it with ease.
Built to move, the trailer features tandem 7000 lb. axles, electric brakes, and a 2 5/16" hitch with adjustable jack. It includes a 30 H.P. engine, a 40 C.F.M. compressor, two Pole Gun and Binks 7D spray guns, and four hose racks stocked with 150’ hose sets in 3/4", 3/8", and 1/4" sizes.
